Before placing an order, please review our policies below. Except for exceptional circumstances, we will be following the policies below.
In-Person Purchases
What is your return policy?
All purchases made in-person can be returned within 30 days for a full refund with proof a defective item. One of us can come pick up the product.

How can I pay you?
Purchases can be made via Venmo (@Cryptwoods) or our Shopify card reader. The payment must be made prior to or at the time of delivery.
Will you hold an item for me?
Without the item being purchased, we will hold an item you are interested in for one week. If an item was purchased, we can hold indefinitely.
Where do you deliver to?
We typically only deliver to the New London area via doorstep/mailbox delivery. We may deliver outside of the area if we will be at a show near there, but otherwise the item will need to be shipped.
Items may be picked up at any shows or markets we are attending.
Trusted friends and family may pick up at our homes.
Online Purchases
What is your return policy?
All products may be returned to us within 30 days with proof of a defective item. We will send you a return label via email to ship the item back to us as well as a full refund.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please send a picture of the damaged product within 3 days of arrival. Buyer may choose between a refund or a replacement item.
Please send any notifications of a damaged product upon arrival to cryptwoods@gmail.com.
What if I received the wrong order?
If you receive the wrong order in the mail, you are free to keep or give away any of the products. As soon as you notify us with pictures of the wrong order, we will send out what you originally ordered free of charge.

How long does it take you to ship?
Pre-made purchased items will be shipped next business day. Custom orders will be shipped the next business day upon completion. The speed of delivery once it is shipped is chosen by the buyer at time of purchase.
Wholesale Purchases
What are your wholesale capabilities?
Wholesale capabilities are decided on a case-by-case basis. Typically, we can provide as little as 5 products up to 15 products at a time depending on inventory. If the buyer is willing to wait, we can fulfil larger wholesale purchases up to 30 at a time.
Custom products cannot be wholesale.

How do I purchase wholesale?
All wholesale purchases must be purchased through contacting us via email or through our Contact page. We will then reach out and discuss your wholesale needs.

Can I return the products I purchased wholesale?
If purchased in-person, products sold wholesale cannot be returned. If purchased online, products sold wholesale can be returned on a case-by-case basis.
What products do you sell wholesale?
Any pre-made product currently offered can theoretically be ordered wholesale.
